Answers:
Did you know that the best way to lose weight is to eat a very hearty breakfast a healthy lunch and skip dinner or just eat fruit for dinner if you dont like to skip.
when you eat a good breakfast it will give you energy throughout the day and burn off fast.. when u eat a lot of dinner or heavy foods for dinner it sits in ur stomach all night and since u are not active that is how you will gain unwanted fat. Water is a Very Very important part of a diet. If you can drink 6 to 8 cups a day it will clean out your system and wash away fatty acids that stick to the intestines. Eating a lot of veggies when you can is also great.
Try to stay away from dairy like cheese ..also drinks with a lot of sugar like soda..its best to just drink water or green tea beverages..as for ur breakfast there is nothing unhealthy about it as long as that fills you up for the day..but i would say thats very lil since skim milk is like water and fruit only lasts so long. make sure to eat ur fiber .. that will also help u lose weight since it will help you to go to the bathroom normally.
too much info ? sorry just wanted to help you out and give you some info you prolly didnt know about dieting. GOOD LUCK!!

sounds very healthy

Very healthy.

ya definately..i think tht was a healthy choice..u got ur fibres frm the cereals n ur calcium frm the milk...n eating the fruits makes up for ur 2 out of 5 a day......water is good to detoxicate for the whole day..ya well done..keep it going

yes,sounds like a good breakfast.

i was going to tell you the SAME exact thing. But save the apple for a midmorning snack. Add 8oz of oj or tomato juice to breakfast

I dont know what kashi go lean crunch is but im assuming its cereal. As to whether its healthy why dont you check the calorie kilojuole content on the packet and also check out the sugar content too. Also what is it made up as some cereals arent very healthy as they have no fibre and dried fruit and nuts etc. skim milk, strawberries and an apple sound healthy to me. The main thing with maintaining or losing weight is that you have eat less than the amount of energy you use until you get to the weight level you want. Having a walk or run would be a healthy thing to do as well.

Yes, very healthy. Just make sure youre eating enough to be close to full. Because often we try and deny and then end up gorging later.

Yep, my dad eats kashi and has gotten results. Also try Special K breakfast : special k red berries 1/4 of an orange and some blue berries ( or other fruit ) and coffee. They say it's less than 200 calories. Keep eating breakfast because it helps you lose weight. If you eat breakfast, you are less likely to pig out at lunch or dinner. Your on the right track!
Good Luck!

that sounds like the perfect breakfast for someone who's trying to lose weight

Very Healthy. But you may want to switch it up every now and then. Like one Morning have what you mentioned then the next morning have, Oatmeal and Fruit and so on. You should have posted this in the Diet & Fitness Section. Trust me, keep doing what your doing you'll see results.

Good Luck!
