Should i eat a lot before a test?!

Question:

Should i eat a lot before a test?

i have regents/finals today... 2 of them, and i won't be able to eat for like 5 hours.

i have had kashi cereal, skim milk, water, a pear, an apple, & some strawberries.

is this all good energy food? will i gain weight also?

Answers:
Avoid too much carbs as it will make you sleep.

No, they are all green light foods and with low fat and low calorie- you will not gain weight. Anything that is fresh like fruits and veggies- it will not make you fat. Moderation and portion control is key in maintaining an ideal weight.

yes,it's always a good thing to eat before testing! the food you ate was really healthy and should help you to do your best on your test. good luck!!!

Eat cheese. It worked for me in school.

I think that is a healthy breakfest. I dont think you will gain weight since all the fruit has a lot of water in it. And all the food has low calories. But dont eat a lot, because eating a lot of food will make you sleepy. You dont want that to happen.

Good luck!!

no because you will feel bloted and not do good on your test

know you should just eat a little bit not a lot just a bit cuz i just took the SAT's and i did not eat that much and i passed with a 86.88 percent i was happy

yes, it's all good energy food...maybe eat some carbs...and why are you so worried about gaining weight?...no, you can't gain weight on the stuff you ate.

um yea what you are eating is fine but dont get really full becasue then you wont fell good and wont want to take the test and have a hard time eating just after you eart drink alot of water
