Question: I am about to grab hold of my sausage and give it a good seeing to, how do you like yours?
Do you like it burnt sizzled or under done?.

Answers:

Evenly and lightly charred all over, juicy center, preferably with a good ratio of meat to glorious white fat that squirts with every nibble



I like to put morning sausage into a moist sandwich, sometimes with batter.



Why not stick your "sausage" in a meat grinder and and turn the dial on high???!!!

Evenly cooked but still juicy, I don't like it dry and overcooked



unwashed, mature and musty



Red with sweat coming off it.



somehow, I don't think we're discussing sausages any more



sizzled is the only way to have it
