1 cup finely chopped shiitake mushrooms
1 table spoon finely chopped Thai basil
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
10 wontons wrappers
Siu Mai:
? uncooked meat mince
? cup chopped drained canned water chestnuts
? teaspoon ground white/black pepper
? teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon sesame oil
12 round wonton wrappers
Soy sauce to serve
