There are plenty of healthy foods and recipes out there. If you feel like something, try googling "healthy ___ recipe" to see if there's a healthier version on the internet.
Also, try books like the Symply Too Good To Be True series. Those books were written with diabetics in mind so there's plenty of low fat/sugar/carb recipes with nutritional info and advice as to whether it's an occasional treat, completely good for you, or needs to be had with a salad or rice or something to give a complete nutritious meal.
The tasty, healthy recipes tend to have herbs, spices and/or things like lemon juice to give the flavour that is usually given by fat, sugar and/or salt. So keep that in mind if you want to make healthy food that isn't bland.
Chili recipes can be very healthy and they are very tasty, yummy and satisfying. My favorite ones are

Just cooking for yourself, instead of eating nothing but processed frozen foods or fast food, will be a good first step.
Next think about what you like to eat and now try to change it to be healthier. Can you put in extra vegetables, for instance? Reduce the amount of sugar or oil you use? Swap out red meat for chicken, turkey, or fish?
Eat fewer carbs, meat, and fat. Eat more fruit and vegetables. DO NOT starve yourself.
you could make healthy dips such has hummus and eat them with raw veg, you could also could also try out different soup recipes like chicken and noodle soup. It all depends on your taste really everyone likes different things.
Depends on what you consider yummy foods. I'm switching out everything that's white flour with whole grains. I know richard simmons drives people batty but the recipes are good. try to get a deal a meal gold edition cookbook on ebay.
Eat Raw fruit and veggies, organic chicken, eggs, whole grains,
NO MORE: white rice, white bread, white sugar, white pasta or white potatoes
I imagine that your search engines are not all broken. There are thousands and thousands of healthy recipes on the internet.
