Oh man, none of this is good for you. The salads have too much dressing, pizzas have grease and pastas have wads and wads of cheese and grains.
Try to get something without meat, tons of veggies. Pasta Primavera seems like a good bet. A veggie spinach pizza sounds good as well.
Avoid anything deep fried, with meat, or covered in too much cheese.
Not knowing exactly what the choices contain, I'd go with the garden salad with lite dressing or just vinegar, and the veggie spinach pizza if it's thin crust OR pasta with marinara or tomato sauce.
