I fink i gonna ave some Currie 4 my tea that i made over the weekend as i let is to stand a while!! good tip that with Currie put it in ur freeze and forget about it for a while and when you eat it later OMG its gorgeous!

try peanut butter on ciabatta bread and chunks of beetroot...beautiful taste..full of goodness and vitamins
Double egg, chips and beans, 2 slices of bread and butter, a pot of coffee. For afters; piece of fruit or a some chocolate or a cake.

if it is just for yourself they do ready meals for one. Last night my daughter cooked tea for us at her house ,she cooked some chicken Brest and microwaved jacket potatoes with salad it was Delicious .The weather at this moment is sunny and hot so why not pick up the makings of a salad and get some cooked chicken or Nice cooked meat from the deli counter.Hope this helps.To night We are having sausage mash and onions. If you are going to eat in the restaurant Sorry I cant help you Have never eaten at Tesco.

Hey why don't you go for Italian? Buy a basic pizza, and add your own toppings (mushrooms, peppers, sweetcorn, tuna, whatever) and then have some pasta on the side and a nice leafy salad.
If not get a Fahita kit (theyre on offer in my tesco)
