runny cheese is a soft cheese like Brie or Camembert

both very yumbo......fresh Mozzarella is also very good

huh?

"good" is kind of open to interpretation, but i like muenster. it's milder. if you like stuff with more of a "bite" to it, i'd suggest something like sharp cheddar. as far as "runny" cheese, no idea...

Cheddar for cooking [sharp is best]...monterey jack for Mexican food... pepperjack slices for noshing, and Swiss for fondue or with meat in a sandwich...there are umpteen imported kinds are out there [Stilton, etc.], all expensive. A "runny" cheese would be something like Camembert or Limburger--both also in the "stinky" category, best with plain unsalted hardtack type crackers as a cheese course after dinner. There's a terrible "cheese food" variety called Velveeta which, trust me, is NOT CHEESE. It works great to spackle holes with, however.

I like Gouda, it's a bit like edam. Nice and rubbery. Great stuff. I assume runny means it has a runny consistency when melted?

If you mean "runny" as in a very soft cheese - a good one would be brie. When it is warmed, it becomes very soft & easy to almost spread with a milder taste. The rest really depends on what you are using it for. For cheese and crackers a cheddar or colby would be good. To melt ; mozzerella is good. Hope that helps

I love cheese so to me they are all good. A runny cheese would be like brie, a very soft cheese.

Good cheeses: Havarti, Fontina, Vermont White Cheddar, REAL mozzarella (its soft and mushy).

Runny: Brie, Mozzarella, Camembert.
