Whats the best recipe for a smothie?!

Question:

Whats the best recipe for a smothie?

Answers:
One banana, a handfull of strawberries, and a few chunks of pinapple with about 3/4 cup ice and a splash of orange juice.

That's always pretty awesome. It makes quite a bit, though, so if you can't drink it all, you can pour the rest into an ice cube tray and make smoothie cubes, which are tasty.

Strawberries, banana and raspberries in an orange juice base. Yum!

Edit: Forgot to say - use frozen strawberries and raspberries!

this is so yummy and easy to make.

go to a restaurant that serves them, and buy one, duh

Just bought a cheap blender and use it every day for smoothies. I put whatever looks good that day from my cupboard or refrigerator. I start always with no fat vanilla yogurt, add bananas, pineapple, and then maybe blueberries, peaches (frozen), oranges, and usually fresh strawberries. I add juice such as pomegranite juice or orange juice. Add ice and blend well,, O' So Good!!!

I always use strawberry banana yogurt, ice and frozen strawberries. I like the banana taste but not the thickness it gives to smoothies.

Fresh or froszen...strawberries,raspber... blackberries, orange sherbert, and ice!!! yummy!!!!
