Should I bake Tilapia or put it on the grill?!

Question:

Should I bake Tilapia or put it on the grill?

Answers:
You should definitely grill it. It gives it lots more flavor and your house won't smell like fish.

i like talapia baked.

you can have it either way

Either way would work, I'd prefer the grill, as it imparts more flavor. Just be careful that you don't over cook it. Fish is super easy to cook too long, especially when dealing with a grill and uncertain temperatures. Watch it really carefully.

Put your Tilapia in a baking pan and dot it with butter slices, lemon pepper seasonings, parsley flakes, a little sprinkle of Old Bay Sesoning and then I squeeze a lemon lightly on my fish. I broil it for about 3 minutes and then turn each slice over and broil in again for about that same time or until I see that it is flaky and cooked through.

baked tilapia is better for u and easier to cook and make sure it doesnt over cook... grilled tilapia, however, usually has more flavor, but is easier to burn than when u bake it.

Tilapia is too flaky and light-textured for grilling. It will fallright through the grates. Salmon, tuna, and swordfish are denser fish, perfect for grilling, but Tilapia is a baked or Pan fried fish. If you must use the grill, wrap the Tilapia in tin foil with lemon, butter, and seasonings. Wrap tightly and then put on grill.

Tilapia has too delicate a texture for grilling unless it's wrapped in foil and then what's the point of grilling? I'd say oven baked, fried or poached are better cooking methods for Tilapia.
