I make meatloaf in a muffin pan. Each person gets 2-3 individual muffins. I hate using a regular pan because the outside is always cooked before the inside. I just find that cooking smaller servings individually is easier for me.

I like to use a bread or loaf pan. It cooks evenly and tastes great :)
