Answers:
Sorry I don't have measurements, I made it up at the restaurant, but you can't really screw it up.

Olive oil, tequila, orange juice, garlic, chopped green onions, the juice of a lime.

It doesn't taste orange-y after grilling, but it's fabulous! I called it Margarita Chicken.

Great Chicken Marinade

INGREDIENTS

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 (.7 ounce) package Italian-style dressing mix

DIRECTIONS

Place the chicken breasts between sheets of waxed paper and pound until thin. Remove breasts and place into a large resealable plastic bag.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, and Italian-style seasoning. Pour mixture into the plastic bag containing the chicken.

Seal the plastic bag and shake gently to ensure that all the chicken is in contact with the marinade. Refrigerate marinated chicken pieces overnight or up to two days.

When ready to cook, preheat grill and lightly oil grate. Place chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes per side.

Kens makes a super good lemon pepper one for chicken it is really good on chicken cooked in the oven or on the grill

Italian salad dressing makes a wonderfull marinade and it is cheap. good luck with the chicken .

Mnnnnn on of my favorites to grill! Chicken.

Here are two sooooo easy marinades, both are suggested in several of my cookbooks.

ok this may sound strange but I was trying to find a good fat free recipe and I totally made this up: 1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup italian dressing (I do fat free)
garlicy hot sauce (you can find it in the oriental section)
a little sweetener
1 pkg butter buds

trust me!

Try white wine, olive oil, salt papper, fresh chopped garlic and fresh chopped parsley.

A bottle of Newman's Own Balsamic Vinegar salad dressing always works for me!

You don't have to grill it - you can just use the marinate part.

Grilled Raspberry Chicken

? 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
? 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, thawed
? 1 cup raspberry vinaigrette
? 1/4 cup raspberry vodka (optional)
? 1/4 cup finely chopped mint leaves (optional)
? Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish (optional)
? Fresh raspberries, for garnish (optional)

Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towels. Place chicken in a large zip-top bag. Add raspberries, vinaigrette, vodka (if using) and chopped mint. Squeeze air out and seal bag. Gently massage the bag to mash raspberries. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 4 hours.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 4 to 6 minutes per side. Remove from grill and place on serving platter. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and fresh raspberries if so desired.

Chicken Marinade - Works well with whole chicken and portions.

Juice of 2-3 oranges (keep the skins to throw into the marinade)
2 garlic cloves chopped
1 large yellow onion quartered
1 cup of white wine
salt & pepper to taste
any herbs (basil and taragon work well) or dried italian seasoning

Combine all above ingredients in either shallow dish or marinading bag and place chicken inside.
Cover or seal bag and place in the refridgerator. Leave to marinade from 1 hour up to 24 hours. The longer it marinades the better the flavor.

Enjoy!!!

You should try the dressing that is from Kraft it is sundried tomatoes, it's an amazing dressing.
