What is the difference between "Vine" (in French: "Vigne") and "Wine"?!

Question: What is the difference between "Vine" (in French: "Vigne") and "Wine"?
I know that people will consider "vine" as a plant that the grape grows on, but it's not. It's some kind of wine too, I guess :P idk, do u know?

Answers:

Well, grapes do grow on vines, which in turn produce wine. However, since you tossed the French word in for vine, the French for wine is vin. That may be where some of the confusion is.
