what cut of meat is 'suadero'?!


Question: What cut of meat is 'suadero'?
I have a hard time trying to find 'suadero'. can someone that makes this please help me out! i eat this all the time in Mexico but don't know what to ask for in english to a butcher. And if you have a recipe too that would help. i know in Mexico city I can just buy this and fry it but someone told me i need to get the meat and boil it etc! Help me !!!

It's just a thinly cut piece off of the brisket...
