Question: Know of any unheard of spices for drumsticks, steak, fish, and shrimp?

I am just so bored of the seasonings that I buy. They make all my main dishes tatse pretty much the same. Any ideas???

Mrs. Dash has a variety of different pre-mixed seasonings.We use several although we grow our own herbs too.
