How Long Do Twinkies Last?!

Question:

How Long Do Twinkies Last?

I've heard from many people that Twinkies have so many preservatives in them that they can last for hundreds of years if the bag is not broken.

Additionally, they are pretty much only made out of sugar, which takes forever to break down.

Answers:

Have you never heard the joke about twinkies lasting longer than roaches?? You can't hurt those things if you try.......

In our house they last on average 2.3 days

They can last up as long as 25 years
They have alot of chemicals in them

According to a leading scientific TV program (Family Guy), the only two things that can survive a nuclear attack, and remain intact, are roaches and Twinkies.
