Coating turkish delight in chocolate?!

Question: Coating turkish delight in chocolate?
I used to live in Iran and I remember as a kid having my grandmother make turkish delight covered in chocolate (similar to Cadbury's turkish delight) I made turkish delight today, but how should i coat it with the melted chocolate? Should I stick a fork or tooth pick in it then dip it? Will it melt?

i used to do that in my cooking class.
put the melted chocolate in a bowl.
dip the turkish delight using a spoon into the bowl.
put the thing on a rack for the chocolate to harden a little.
the rack must have space between 'em.
not a solid rack.
