It has to be Moussaka,hands down.
pastitsio, gouvetsi, papoutsakia, prasopita, ntomatokeftedes, mpakaliaros skordalia, rovani.
i am Greek.
Pastitsio, which I don't get very often because it's hard to find in restaurants and hard to cook less than 12 portions of which doesn't work too well since I live alone.
Greek salad. Olives and feta cheese over spinach :D Yummy!
Hands down, Baklava is my personal fave. I'm a dessert person though :)
