SARADA SPAGHETTI (JAPANESE)
5 hard boiled eggs
4 c. cooked spaghetti
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can tuna, drained
2 tbsp. mayonnaise, or just enough to make very light coating on spaghetti
Salt and pepper to taste
Chop 2 whole eggs and yolks of the other 3, set remiaing 3 whites aside. Rinse spaghetti in cold water, do no heat corn. Mix all ingredients together. Let chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. Very good served with fresh bread and the 3 remaining egg whites, sliced and topped with a little tuna mixed with mayonnaise. Serves 6 to 8.
