caldo verde- green soup, its a potato based soup with green collards and chorizo. growing up this soup was a staple in every portuguese friends household , their moms would make a whole year supply and freeze it

gowing up with Portuguese:)



Feijado, (black beans, pork and chorizo), chorizo sausage, pastel de natos ( a small custard tart)
caldeirada ( a fish stew)
