Answers:

You need to do any of the following mentioned bellow:

1) Add a cup full of beaten sour card to the curry and boil it.
2) Add some paste of cashew+almond+poppy seeds and bring it to boil
3) Add some fresh cream and mix well
4) Add quartered Potatoes and cook it again, so that the potatoes absorb the hotness
5) Add 1/2 cup of crispy fried onions and cook again to mix it well
6) Add some citrus/lemon juice/tamarind extract
7) Freeze it overnight and reheat next day to eat

I am from India, a private chef, cook and eat curry every day

Often, a food is just so 'hot' it can't really be mellowed down, without adding LOTS of other stuff, so the dish becomes something quite different. But if it's served with a bland dish, a very spicy food may become delicious.

For example, a Turkey Mole (delicious Mexican stew) may be more 'piquante' than I can eat comfortably. But if I eat it with Tamales (steamed corn dumplings), the blandness mellows the heat, and the sauce will accent the turkey and the tamales.

With curry, it might be good to serve lots of rice and/or wheat breads, like 'naan'.

Add anything milky --thick milky things would be best like sour cream, yogurt, coconut milk, etc.

You can also just put more "stuff" in the curry or under the curry (rice, etc). And sometimes it seems that just letting something spicy/hot sit a day or so in the frig helps too.

Try , chiken soup Stock,
Add milk or Yogurt,
coconut milk
Unsweetened Evaporated Milk
Put some raw potatoes and let the curry boil, the starch in the potato will bring down the spice level.

2 Ice cubes.... wait until melted, taste to see if it's enough... or place in freezer before eating.

If too hot spicet add a little = honey or baking soda.

Works all the Time and Cheap

Try adding some creme or coconut milk. If you don't want to make it creamy, try some chicken or vegetable stock. This will make your curry 'increase in volume'...

If you add more liquid to your curry... well it might become more watery. You can try thickening it with some corn starch mixed with cold water, then slowly stir it into the curry. This should thicken it nicely

Hi, you can add some yoghurt, or some milk, else a squeeze of lemon will also work.
A mix of cornflour in some water will also work.

Add sufficient water to lessen the spicy tastes.
