Whipped cream question?!

Question:

Whipped cream question?

I'm making a trifle for Father's Day, and it's topped with whipped cream. I'm wondering if I should just go ahead and make the whole thing including the whipped cream and let it sit for a few hours before it's served, or should I make the whipped cream shortly before it'll be served? I'm not sure how much it will fall since it's real whipped cream? Thanks!

Answers:
Make the trifle and put whipped cream on just before (an hour is good). Make sure you whip the cream to the max but don't curdle it by overdoing it. It's a fine line!

real whipped crean should be made just prior to serving. It will seperate if made to far in advance

Wait to make it. It will taste better and look more presentable.

whip it right before you serve it otherwise you wont get the right peak. try chilling the bowl you are going to whip in during the meal it makes whip cream stiffen faster

Whipped cream is best if made as close t serving time as possible, it can break and separate if it sits for hours

i would make it shortly before its served...you dont want it to spoil...because i ate pumpkin pie with whipped cream that sat out for a couple of hours and it was spoiled and i got sick...not fun! lol!

Make the whipping cream just before serving, even if it sits for a coule hours it will start getting runny.Been their done it.

i think that u should put the whipped cream shortly after so it doesn't melt before u serve it

make it before serving and be sure to use a chilled metal mixing bowl and chilled beaters
