cream of wheat substitute for cream of rice?!
I have rice bread from south africa that I have to make. It has bananas, baking powder, nutmeg, and some other things. It is going to be made into bread. Cream of rice should be the main thing to make it rise. Can I use cream of wheat as a substitute for cream of rice?

cream of rice won't make it rise and if you use cream of wheat it will no longer be rice bread.
