What is masago mayo? I have always wanted to try it but I don't know what it is or what it tastes like?!

Question: What is masago mayo? I have always wanted to try it but I don't know what it is or what it tastes like?
I see it all the time on sushi menus but what is it? I am afraid to try it just because I don't like super spicy things and with Asian cuisine you just never know. Thanks.

Masago mayo?
Are you sure you don't mean masago AND mayo?
First of all, you need to know what masago is.
Masago = Fish Eggs/ Caviar (Usually in Japanese cuisine, it's gonna be an orange-red color)
And I'm guessing that the mayo you're referring to is spicy mayo. (Cause that's what they use for sushi)

I've never heard of masago mayo so I'm thinking it means a mixture of masago and spicy mayo used as a filling in whatever type of sushi roll it is.

I'm Chinese and have worked in a restaurant serving sushi before. :)
