Tuna Salad With Fresh Herbs

4 (6 ounce) cans tuna in water, well-drained
3 stalks celery
6 sprigs fresh dill (about 3-4 inches each)
6 sprigs fresh parsley (about 3-4 inches each)
2 tablespoons sweet onions, minced
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
fresh ground black pepper

1. Chop the celery and the herbs.
2. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
3. Serve as wraps, sandwiches, or with crackers. I suggest using multi-grain bread and lettuce.
4. If you like creamier tuna salad feel free to double the mayo.

Throw it out and go to McD's.

I like to make a cool Tuna Salad for our hot Texas weather. I mix
1 can of tuna
1 half-cup of chopped purple onions
1 bag of frozen green peas
1 cup of Fat-Free Hellmanns Mayonaise
1 teaspoon of Salt-Free Dill Herb Blend

after mixing all ingredients together place a scoop of salad on Green Lettuce Leaves & add some Tomato chunks. It makes a great refreshing & healthy meal. Good Luck!

Fried tuna patty! (my favorite)

1 large can of tuna
1 egg
Bread crumbs. (use only enough bread crumbs to make the mixture stick or hold together)
make a pattie out of it.
In a lightly greased non-stick skillet that has been heated place the pattie in and cook until golden brown. Like your making a hamburger only with tuna.

This is great cold or hot and adds a totally different flavor and texture to the tuna. I would say in total it takes you 15 mins to mix and cook. You will get 3 to 4 patties out of the large can depend on the size of your patties.
