Answers:
This is my favorite Sangria recipe. I like to make it at least once every summer for an evening of Salsa dancing and BBQ- Enjoy!

Sangria San Marcos

* 2 navel oranges, thinly sliced (you may want to add more if omitting the pear and kiwi)
* 2 lemons, thinly sliced
* 2 limes, thinly sliced
* 1 pear, cored and chopped (optional)
* 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced (optional)
* 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (optional but delicious)
* 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice (fresh is best however, use the whole pineapple and omit the pear and kiwi!)
* 1/2 cup white sugar (I usually omit this)
* 1/2 cup Cointreau or other orange liqueur
* 1 cup white rum
* 1/3 cup coconut-flavored rum
* 2 cups orange juice
* 2 (750 milliliter) bottles dry red wine, chilled
* 1/2 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed (optional)
* 1/4 cup lemon juice
* 2 tablespoons lime juice
* 1 cup lemon-lime soda, chilled

DIRECTIONS

1. Place the oranges, lemons, limes, pear, kiwi, strawberries, pineapple chunks and juice, and white sugar into a large punch bowl. Pour the Cointreau, white rum, coconut-flavored rum, and orange juice over the fruit. Stir gently to dissolve the sugar. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Add the red wine, pink lemonade concentrate, lemon juice, and lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight.
3. Before serving, pour the chilled lemon-lime soda into the punch bowl.
When serving ladle over a few ice cubes in a glass, spooning the fruit into the glass with the liquid. Disfruta!

3/4 cup passion fruit puree
2 cups fresh orange juice
3 oranges, sliced into thin rounds
3 green apples, cored and sliced thinly
2 lemons, sliced into thin rounds
1 cup blackberries, washed and sliced in 1/2

Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or up to 2 days. Serve over ice with pieces of the fruit.

or

Red Wine Sangria

2 bottles red Spanish table wine
1 cup brandy
1/2 cup triple sec
1 cup orange juice
1 cup CranApple juice
1/2 cup simple syrup, or more to taste
Orange slices
Apple slices
Blackberries

Mix all ingredients together and let stand in a tightly sealed container or pitcher for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator before serving.

When I lived in Spain, this is how my host family made Sangria:
Per bottle of red Wine:
1 sliced orange
1 apple cut in chunks
1/4 lemon wedge
1 banana sliced
12 oz of lemon soda like 7up or Sprite
and if you wish you can add 1 ounce of gin.

Note that if you add alcohol to it it will make it quite strong, stronger than people realize. If they have to drive home afterward you might want to skip adding any alcohol. Also the longer you let it sit with the fruit the stronger it will get from the fruit fermenting in the wine. The reason I like Sangria besides the taste is because you can cut the alcohol content down with the soda, I also don't let the fruit marinated more than a couple of hours so that it is not to treacherous.

Have a great party.
