Yes. Consider this one located in any salad dressing section in your local market:

Brianna's Vinaigrette dressing (it has a picture of an artichoke on the label). This one is very light and goes great on baby mixed greens.



Yes just about any food store should have a bottle - it is often labelled French Dressing - but...

One part vinegar, three parts olive oil, maybe a spoon of mustard then add the extras you want and shake the bottle until your arm falls off. It is so easy and much cheaper than the commercial bottles of vinaigrette. Meanwhile the commercial bottles contain all sorts of nasties and preservatives. (They have to have them to keep the mixture in good condition.) I would much rather make my own stuff even if it needs a damn good shake before use and has a limited shelf life.

Depends where you live I guess, but normally yes.

If not, you should at least be able to buy oil and vinegar and then make your own.
