It is possible the sushi spoiled after being left in a hot car. If it's a bit "off" can it make you sick? It might. There is no way to know without lab cultures what's in that food, and it might be deadly or it might just make the food taste bad. The moral: if you have a high protein food like fish sitting in a hot car for a period of time, do not eat it just in case.
"Pathogenic bacteria cause illness. They grow rapidly in the "Danger Zone" – the temperatures between 40 and 140 °F – and do not generally affect the taste, smell, or appearance of food. Food that is left too long at unsafe temperatures could be dangerous to eat, but smell and look just fine. E. coli O157:H7, Campylobacter, and Salmonella are examples of pathogenic bacteria."

Yes, this could be bad. On the other hand, the heat could be good if only for a few hours, possibly searing the raw meat. If the sushi sat in the car for days, this could be bad. Lots of bacteria could have grown in the meat.
Try to not stress your body anymore today, and drink lots of water to offset the dehydration from the rice, and to help your immune system fight off any bad bacteria.
It depends upon the bacteria that may have been present, if they grew and the state of your digestion. If the sushi was left out more than 2 hours, you may get sick up to 72 hours after ingestion.
There is a seafood dish called ceviche' that is raw fish "cooked" without heat in lime/lemon juices. So who knows what will come. Be smart and careful if this happens again to you.
retired chef.
that depend on how long it has been since it was left in sun/car.
if it's vegetable it will be okay. cooked seafood, meat (eg. teppanyaki beef/chicken) will be a bit risky but raw seafood will definitely make you feel sick after.
hope you will be okay.
If it was vegetable sushi it might be OK. You ate raw fish that was left in the sun? That sounds risky. Not much you can do now, though.
Yes, it is bad for you!
If you are not sick now, you will get sick later.
Once bought sushi from some guy's trunk at a truck stop in Arizona.
