Answers:
Find something that you both enjoy eating, anything you make her cook it with lots of love, she will love that you cooked just for her. Maybe something she showed you how to cook and add a little of your own to it.

Lasagna! Pasta rules! .....um, Veal Parmesian is good too.

Either cook her favorite dish, or cook something that you are really good at cooking. She will probably just appreciate the fact that you did this for her, so no need to stress about it!

whatever nationality she is cook a big meal from that country

something he/she likes

Make her a fried bologna sandwich.

Take out , something she doesn't get in Brazil ,that way you can spend more time with her...

Anything she'll love you've made the effort for her

Cook anything, but cook it with love think of the things that she makes that you love and that reminds you of her. if your kitchen allows it have her sit will you cook so you can talk of the times that were special to you.

maybe pasta like a lasagna or alfredo lugini with shrimp or chicken lol anything would be nice I think. its the thought that counts..

seafood

That is sweet it is your grandma. Fix her favorite dish. Tell her you missed her and just spend time enjoying being with her.
Grandmas are special , I am going to see mine this weekend,
Lassange , salad, garlic bread!! Top it off with cheese cake for desert. That is what I would fix though!!

Seafoods and pasta then don't forget the dessert.<*-*>

My favorite chicken dish, of course!
Ingredients: boneless, skinless chicken breasts, asparagus; thinly sliced deli ham; swiss or provolone cheese; vegetable oil. *If you use fresh asparagus you will need to pre-cook it. Just trim the ends off and place in simmering salted water for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove when done and drain well. Place the chicken breasts between pieces of wax paper. Pound until thin (I use the back of a small skillet for pounding. The finished breast should be between 1/8 and 1/4 of an inch thick all over) Lay the chicken breasts on a clean surface, season with salt and pepper. Place 2 or 3 slices of deli ham (just enough to cover the surface) on each breast; repeat with cheese. Place 4 asparagus spears in the center of each breast. Gently roll each breast up; secure with a toothpick. Tuck any loose ends in as you roll. In a large skillet heat a small amount of oil. Place the chicken toothpick side down in the hot pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Place chicken in oven safe dish, cover with foil and bake in a 325 degree oven for about 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with a rice sidedish and enjoy!
