I've found a few good Korean restaurants in the Nashville area, but where can I buy bottled fresh Kimchi? Any good Korean groceries around?

You can buy korean kimchi online from http://www.amazon.com/gp/search?ie=UTF8&…

There are several places over near the zoo that you might try. If you Google "international food market nashville", you will get a map and addresses of three of them. You can also try K&S World Market at 5861 Charlotte Pike.

As for making it yourself, you can find recipes online, but you have to find a few odd ingredients that you can't get at an average grocery. I thought about making it one time, but didn't have access to those items. By the way, there seem to be as many recipe versions of kimchi as there are cornbread.

And I'd love to have some good kimchi, too! A friend brought some back from Korea, and I was hooked.
