Whales sperm in Japan. I didn't know what I was eating until my wife told me half-way through.

To tell you the truth if someone serves you cooked snake or raccoon meat without telling you, you'd think it's chicken or pork and you'd not feel yucky. Think about "beef" patties in many hamburgers, they contain a lot of other stuff other than beef and so many people enjoy them daily.

The weirdest thing I tried is "paddy worm" mixed with egg in Macau. I tried one bite and I could feel the crunchiness of the worm. Never want to eat it again.

In a much younger reality I attended a few survival courses; there are every few taboo nutrients that I have not sampled.

The weirdest - various lizard flesh

The foulest tasting - the food we feed our household pets.

Lamb brains.

I thought it was chicken, took a piece, realised there was no bone and tasted funny... then heard the lady tell my mom (in Malay) that it was brains. Thank god I only took a small piece.

These teeny snacks crabs that I found at the asian supermarket. Really crabs. OMG, the musty odor and the shells were stuck in my teeth for days.

Buffalo.fried rattlesnake, camel shis ka bobs, and kangaroo jerky.

Jellyfish.

tacos d ojo . eye tacos .. ewwwww and it was the worst
