salmon can sometimes provide up to 60-70 micrograms of iodine in about 3-4 ounces of fish, or about 40% of the recommended daily value.

There is a small amount in Salmon. Shellfish ( bi-valves ) has a much higher iodine content, and it continuously increases after the animal is dead. I am highly allergic to iodine. I can eat any shellfish that was alive just before cooking. But if it's been frozen or just not cooked right away I'm headed for the hospital. I can eat any regular fish with no problem.

Yes, all seafood is rich in iodine.
