Find a store that specializes in Indian foods, and buy a small bag, I cook mine in a rice cooker, I have had many and here in Toronto Canada we have a large Indo-Pakistani community, I prefer Tilda or Elephant brand, Kohinoor is nice to, I can also buy mine from a fill your own bag store, so I can get it fresher, keep it sealed in a good strong glass or metal container, and dry.
