Where can I buy Nori Maki Rice Crackers?!

Look for Asian (preferably Japanese) supermarkets in your area or try World Market. I also seem to recall that Whole Foods had a Japanese rice cracker bin which had the Nori Maki crackers mixed in a good assortment of rice crackers. Their bin prices seemed reasonable and a little cheaper than buying the individual package from other stores.
They are available on Amazon. Sounds funny to purchase crackers on Amazon, but I have done it before, when I couldn't find them anywhere else, and I was not disappointed!
