I want to try cooking French cuisines for dinner one day but there are too much to choose from. Any recommendations? You don't have to put the recipe here, I'll go research myself.

To stay simple and easy to make ? A quiche recipe will be easy and serve and nice mixed salad asides with homemade vinaigrette.
