How does Burrata taste like?!

Question: How does Burrata taste like?
I am extremely curious to taste this Italian cheese and will likely to purchase this cheese on my next grocery shopping, but I would first like to know how it tastes like...

Thank you.

Answers:

It looks like mozzarella. Basically it is a kind of mozzarella. A very superior kind.

The texture of the burrata shouldn't be like brie (i.e., there should not be a distinctive rind). It should be soft all the way through and pretty consistent from outside to inside, with the outside just every so slightly more elastic, just to hold in the creamy interior. I've had burrata past its prime and the outside gets tough while the inside is still creamy and when it's that over the hill it tastes like nothing.
