....make up samples and go to every coffee house you can get to... to drum up business

go to any college bookstore in the area they may by some....

get you #'s right..keep costs down because anyone purchasing wholesale from you will want to multiple it by 2.5 for their retail price

to sell retail is hard unless you do farmers markets or have a separate space to sell it out of you home.....
good luck

I'm sorry I can't help you, but I'd love to see the answers you get. I make some killer cobbler and zucchini bread.

Make sure the food and drug administration or health department don't come running to investigate you. There are rules about selling baked goods professionally from your home. Up here in Canada, if you want to legally do so, without hiding, you have to have a completely separate kitchen from your personal one, with all the properly inspected equipment and supplies inventory. And with regular visits from the authorities to inspect your facilities. If you want to be legit, and not worry about getting sued for food poisoning or failure to disclose ingredients for allergy purposes, call your nearest food safety administration to get some good advice.

As well, in Canada, they are starting to even go after Church suppers and bake sales. They want to impose the same rules on them as for major food companies!

Be careful.

try this and be careful to really research good.

You have to have a license to sell any food item and the health department will check your home if they allow you to sell from your home.(which I doubt). Even caterers have to prepare their food in a restaurant in most states.
