Mac 'n' Cheese or KD?
in Canada people call macaroni and cheese KD after the makers "kraft" dinner and in the USA people refer to it as mac n cheese...why is this? could we at least show a united front about our foods......

In Canada we are constantly bombarded with the Kraft Dinner macaroni and cheese commercials. Hence to make things simple, we call it KD. Even when it's not a Kraft brand, we still refer to it as KD! Canadian and Americans are unique. I believe it wise to let both countries use whatever phrase they prefer!
