Question: Filipino recipe went to a potluck and there was what I thought a pasta, I have no idea what it is but I really?
want to make it for my family.I It contains little clear noodles, it also has shredded carrots and I believe to be cabbage, and some other veggies can anyone help me? By the way I know some say Egg noodles but this had actual cooked eggs in it.

That's called Pancit (sometimes spelled, Pansit).

The clear noodles are mung bean noodles (or just called vermicelli).

I can not say exactly but this is most likely a noodle dish called Pancit.

This is usually made with Asian glass noodles and it usually contains cooked eggs as well.
