there is a way big difference, here ill show some pictures that show u the difference
kebab:

Kebab is made with ground beef.
Tikka is made with little pieces of meat (in my opinion, it tastes a little bit more rough and a little hard to bite off rather than kebab)

One is Indian (Tikka) the other is Turkish (kebab)
