almost 10 hours (8 of em i was asleep) and 2 i was awake. I drank about a pint
I chugged a 16-oz bottle of water and then sat on a bus for two hours.

oh cant remember but thates no feeeling that comes close to it when u let it out.......oooooohhhhhh the relief x
