Does anyone want a tasty meal idea??
Get 2 soft flour tortillas and spread each one with red pesto sauce. Then cover one of them with smoked ham and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put the other tortilla on top like a sandwich then fry on a low heat for a few minutes on each side til the cheese has melted. Cut into wedges and serve. Yummy

Yumm!! Quesadillas. You can also add any veggies as well! We use an Alfredo sauce with Parma Ham and fresh mushrooms. YUMM!
