3 years.

A cupcake is a sweet treat that should only be eaten on occasion as they're usually fattening and contain very little healthy ingredients. A muffin is slightly sweet and often can be quite healthy and full of fiber. Read the ingredients. Some muffins are worse than cupcakes, really. I think the difference is that one is a treat...a "goodie", and the other is a breakfast item that should be healthy if it's made right. Read your labels first, before you buy...with all food.

muffins are bigger and fatter arnt they, yummier, cupcakes or queencakes are those lil pathetic buns with a blob of icing sugar on them, muffins are way bettter, they made from a different mixture anyway, more thick and yummier, yummer, ummmmm yumm!!!

um... a cupcake is smaller...

Think about the difference between bread and cake. A muffin is a type of quick bread. A cupcake is a cake.

lol they are the same I dunno Starbux sells muffins.

Depends on what country you're in.

Muffins are healthy and good with coffee.A cupcake is a mini cake and good with all that icing..the icing makes it a cupcake....
