Does anyone know where I can buy LARGE Italian chestnuts in the UK?!
I want to try growing a tree in the South of England. SO I need unprocessed ones. I am talking about chestnuts up to 2" (5cm) in girth.

In the shell you make a slit, and plant the nut in a few month you will see a sprout, nurture it in the house for the winter before planting it in the garden or large pot, but I must warn you to grow into a producing tree with nuts, your looking at 15-20 years, and it would not reach its full potential for 25-40 years, are you willing to wait?
