What is sausage made out of?!

anything. vegetarian ones.. various animals bred for meat like chicken, pork (which is the most common) beef etc. the skins are usually made from stomach lining. at least proper sausages are. shop bought ones usually contain a lot of artificial stuff.

Unless it's beef sausage, than it's usually pork which comes from pigs. You dont' want to know what it's made of though. It's all the parts that they can't use for other delicacies like pork chops, or ribs and things. Hot dogs are the same things. They are called "by-products", and the casing is made out of pig intestines. It usually includes the ears, tail, soft tissues, and fat. Sometimes there is even bone in them. But you will hear some people say they are made of "lips&a$$holes" which is true. lol

-Beef (rarely)

-Blood
