I agree, I think Turkey has the best food, its fantastic, all the veggies, and the different ways of cooking, and the incredible use of yogurt, with meat, veggies, even with salads, its great there and so flavorful,
Japan has the best food in the world because of the different flavours and variety. My favourites include sushi, tempura, miso soup and nikujyaga.

Hmm, I would have to say Spain and Italy. Their seafood cuisine is amazing, and the spanish and italian cooking is probably the best.
I'm quite well travelled and have enjoyed the food in most countries.
The only place I found difficult regards food was Budapest.
Sri Lanka was the best curries I've ever had.
Cuba..Dishes are so flavorful.
