Anyone know how to imitate Chuck E. Cheese's birthday cake?

Our local Chuck E. Cheese closed down a few years ago and I was wondering if anyone has come up with a good imitation for its ice cream birthday cake (anyone who has had it loved it) I remember it had a whipped cream type of icing.
