Cup of guacamole(4 ounce each), chopped onions(4 ounce each), diced tomatoes(4 ounce each), 4 ounce of pico de gallo each,salsa(4 ounce each), 1 flour tortilla each, 1 soda and 1 water each, ice included, dessert chocolate cake with added strawberry topping(1 slice each),napkins, plastic plates, cups, forks, and knives. And its only 1 cook and 1 server for 15 people?

Figure out the "food cost". Thats what restaurants do. Calculate exactly what it costs you to make the amount of food you just mentioned. Restaurants typically use a food cost percentage of about 30%. So, lets say the above mentioned food items cost you about $2.50 for one portion. Divide that by 30% (0.30), which is $8.33. In this case, a selling price of $8.50 or so would be a reasonable price.
