Which kind of BBQ pork buns? Steamed or baked?
If you're looked for the baked type, most Chinese bakeries sell them. There where quite a few Chinese bakeries around Sacramento area. Just type in Chinese bakery behind your address on Google map and many places will pop up. Pick a location and call them before you go. If you're looking for steamed ones, then you'll need to find a Dim Sum place. Can't really help you on that. :)
