It's a fusion uramaki (inside out roll), the chef could name it anything he/she likes. I think the chef will understand if you called it "cream cheese tempura shrimp roll" or "cream cheese crunchy roll". :)

it almost reminds me of the one's I get at my grocery store called: philadelphia cream cheese sushi. I think that is the kind that u got.
